Who is Emerging Hope Therapy?

Emerging Hope Therapy is a small, compassionate practice owned and operated by Meagan Beerman, a licensed therapist. She is dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges and build more meaningful, balanced lives. She combines evidence-based therapies with a warm, nonjudgmental approach tailored to each person’s unique strengths and goals.

What EHT does:

  • Individual therapy: Short- and long-term therapy for adults, teens, and children as young as 6 years old. We help with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, self-esteem, and more.

  • Trauma-informed care: We use trauma-sensitive approaches to create safety and empower clients in their healing process.

  • Evidence-based treatments: Modalities we commonly use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and mindfulness-based strategies.

  • Telehealth and in-person options: Flexible appointment formats to meet your needs and comfort level.

  • Workshops: Periodic skill-building workshops focusing on stress management, coping skills, parenting support, and wellness.
